1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.stefaniastudioart.gr (the “Website”), including all online sales and related e-commerce services provided by Stefania Studio Art (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”).

1.2. By accessing and using our Website, you (“you,” the “Customer,” or the “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Returns Policy.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Greece. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1.4. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our Website or purchasing our products.

3. Eligibility & Acceptance

3.1. By using this Website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.2. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

4. Our Products

4.1. Stefania Studio Art is a handmade jewellery workshop. Each product is individually crafted, which means slight variations in colour, size, or texture may occur compared to the photographs shown on the Website.

4.2. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible; however, differences may arise due to screen settings or handmade nature.

4.3. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction.

5. Order Process & Contract Formation

5.1. All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

5.2. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. The order is only accepted, and the contract is formed, when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation email.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is suspected.

6. Pricing & Payments

6.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

6.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable are those in effect at the time of your order.

6.3. We accept payments through credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Viva Wallet, IRIS, Bank Tranfer among others

6.4. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1. Orders are shipped from Greece via ACS (to Greece) and DHL (rest of World).

7.2. Estimated delivery times:

• Greece: 2 – 5 working days

• EU: 5 – 15 working days

• Rest of the world: 7 – 20 working days

7.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.

7.4. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1. In line with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

8.2. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

8.3. The following items are non-returnable:

•  – Custom or made-to-order pieces

•  – Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

•  – Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

8.4. To request a return, please contact us at info@stefaniastudioart.gr with your order number.

8.5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

9. Product Care

9.1. Jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and water.

9.2. Store items individually in a pouch or box to prevent scratching.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on this Website, including product designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Stefania Studio Art and protected by Greek and international copyright laws.
