Shipping, Payments & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Information
1.1 Greece
– We ship with ACS Courier.
– Shipping cost: €3,00 – €5,00 for orders under €80,00. (depending on the area)
– Free shipping for orders over €80,00.
– Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (depending on the area).
1.2 European Union
We ship with DHL.
Shipping cost: €12.00 for orders under €200.00.
Free shipping for orders over €200.00.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.
1.3 Rest of the World
We ship with DHL Express or equivalent.
Shipping cost: €30.00 for orders under €300.00.
Free shipping for orders over €300.00.
Estimated delivery time: 7–20 working days (depending on destination and customs).
Please note: International shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees imposed by your local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.
3.2 Exchanges
- You may request an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Exchanges are valid only for items in stock and of equal or greater value.
- Change of already exchanged products is not permitted.
3.3 Conditions for Returns & Refunds
Refunds and exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The jewellery is returned unused, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition.
- The jewellery is returned with the original receipt and in the original packaging.
- Items must be sent back safely with a tracking number.
3.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products.
- Items purchased outside the EU.
- Sale items are exchangeable only (unless faulty).
3.5 Return Costs
Customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used (credit card, PayPal, or bank account).
Refunds are issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by us.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically up to 14 business days).
If the new order’s value is lower than the original, we do not refund the difference; it will be credited to your account for future purchases.
5. Gifts
Gifted items may be exchanged but not refunded.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
We may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange free of charge.
7. Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery due to courier or address errors.
- We do not cover return packages lost in transit — we recommend shipping with a tracking number.
